CABAL AURA-X TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account, accessing the website, logging into the game, or using any Cabal Aura-X service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Responsibility

Players are responsible for their own accounts, login credentials, registered email addresses, characters, and account activities. Never share your password or verification information with unauthorized individuals.

2. Valid Account Information

Players must provide a valid and accessible email address for account verification. Accounts using fake, inaccessible, outdated, transferred, or previous-owner email addresses may be required to update their information before accessing the game.

3. RMT & Transferred Accounts

Players who acquire accounts or items through server-authorized Real Money Trading (RMT) are responsible for requesting the necessary account information updates. Cabal Aura-X may require ownership or transaction verification before changing account information.

Unauthorized RMT transactions are made at the player's own risk and may not be recognized or supported by the administration.

4. Donations & Purchases

Donations, purchases, promotional packages, vouchers, and other server transactions are subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Promotional prices, discounts, bonuses, and limited-time offers may have separate rules and expiration dates.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

All characters, items, currencies, rewards, and other virtual assets exist exclusively within Cabal Aura-X. Their availability, statistics, exchange requirements, drop rates, and functionality may be adjusted when necessary for server balance and development.

6. Game Updates & Balancing

Cabal Aura-X is continuously developed. Classes, skills, equipment, dungeons, rewards, exchange systems, game mechanics, and other content may be modified, rebalanced, added, or removed to maintain the server's long-term balance and progression.

7. Server Availability

Maintenance, updates, technical problems, emergency fixes, migrations, or other circumstances may temporarily interrupt server or website availability. Whenever possible, announcements will be provided through official Aura-X channels.

8. Rule Violations

Exploiting bugs, cheating, using unauthorized programs, manipulating game systems, abusing events, committing fraud, or deliberately violating server policies may result in penalties ranging from warnings and suspensions to permanent account termination.

9. Administrative Decisions

The Cabal Aura-X administration reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action based on available logs, records, and evidence.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary. Continued use of Cabal Aura-X after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
